Reliable Industrial Equipment Sales shall adhere to four objectives making them the cornerstones of our business:  God, integrity, honesty, and service.  Ensuring all individuals receive the utmost prompt, gracious, courteous, and impeccable customer service while promoting premier industrial companies and their outstanding products and services. Reliable Industrial Equipment Sales shall uphold these simple and honorable objectives to assure ourselves of a fair honest profit thus allowing us to contribute to the outstanding industry and their charities we so much love to serve.

Company history
 

Michael Polanco has been in the industrial air movement equipment, abrasion resistant materials and heavy industrial contracting industry for over 15 years.  Upon honorably discharged from the United States Navy, Mike took to solving problems with aggressive yet persistent professionalism.  Reliable Industrial Equipment Sales is an extension of his genuine personality as Mike intends to put forth an effort to earning a customer’s business using the four corner stones of his mission statement.

Appropriately the economy caused the end of Mike’s career in the industrial contracting business on November 11, 2009, Veteran’s Day.  As a veteran, he decided right then and there, along with the help of his young daughter whose words of encouragement to a father with eyes filled with tears that “daddy, we will be okay”, to start his own business and surround himself with quality outstanding individuals with the same mindset of success.
